Hope everyone is having a great summer so far.
I am working on grandmother's flower garden quilt right now. will show photos when I can upload them.
I will be posting also notes on my sunday school lesson each day as I read and study it.

The Incarnation of the Word of Life
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.
The thoughts and words God gave John to share with his hearers (the Gnostics)and readers gave a great
rebuttal to their false beliefs about Jesus. Jesus had a human body and John among many others heard, saw and touched Him and confirmed His being the eternal Son of God. John saw Jesus in His ministry, walk, talk and touch people, changing their lives by giving them eternal life. You and I have not had the experience of these senses with Jesus but we are further blessed by Jesus words to Thomas in John 20:29. When a person believes Jesus for salvation the Holy Spirit comes to reside in them and they have additional assurance of Jesus and His presence in their life.
